We lead group activities that help teach critical socialization skills like communication, cooperation, sharing and trust. We provide snacks, meals, art supplies, extra clothes and diapers, Band-Aids and hugs. Some of us even provide transportation. And we do all this while guiding tiny humans through what it means to be human, everything from big feelings to potty training. We’re on our feet and running around most of the time, for anywhere from eight to 12 hours per day.
